“Too many people died in their prime. They loathe all food and draw near the gates of death (Psalm 107:18). The time has come for mankind to learn to eat properly. Then they shall obtain health in their bodies, marrows, sinews and minds. They will all have a balanced and vigorous life.”
I was puzzled and perplexed. I wanted to know if God wanted me to create a new diet. And I put the word aside for many months until in a vision, I saw a female angel dressed in a white and pink jogging outfit. In her head was an inscription written.
I couldn’t read it until later, when the Spirit told me that it was Alpha-D, the name of the new book that I must write.
He informed me that it should be about the Alpha Diet or the seed-bearing plant and fruit diet. The short name for it should be “ALPHA-D” in memory of Daniel who reverted to the diet instead of eating the royal food.
God’s diets
He (the Holy Spirit) told me that God gave two diets to mankind. The first diet was a total vegetarian diet given to Adam and Eve and their descendants before the great flood. The second was just the first, in which He added meat for consumption.
Then God said, “I give you every seed-bearing plant on the face of the whole earth and every tree that has fruit with seed in it. They will be yours for food.” (Genesis 1:29)
As you can see the first diet was a seed-bearing diet consisting of vegetables and fruits. And the Lord God made all kinds of trees grow out of the ground—trees that were pleasing to the eye and good for food.
In the middle of the garden were the tree of life, and the tree of the knowledge of good and evil - of which God told our first parents not to eat. When Eve saw that the fruit of the tree of knowledge was good for food and pleasing to the eye, and also desirable for gaining wisdom, she took - under the suggestion of the devil mascarading as a serpent - some and ate it. She also gave some to Adam her husband, who was with her, and he ate it.
Because Adam listened to his wife and ate fruit from the tree about which the Lord commanded them not to, He cursed the ground and sentenced them to a life of painful toil by which they will eat their food all the days of their lives. By the sweat of their brow they will work for food until they return to the ground, since from it they were taken; for dust they are and to dust they will return.
The conflict of disobedience occurred because a nutritional instruction that couldn’t be followed. Men have since then used their free agency regarding what they should consume and most of the time to their peril. Until now we continue to disobey God’s dedicated order in this matter of nutrition.
And the world grew in wickedness after the fall. Cain found an animal too precious to be offered to God. Even though he was taught that an animal should be offered as sacrifice for the atonement of sin. The sweet aroma of barbecue was too enticing unto men and they had to partake.
In preparation of the coming flood, God showed Noah how to store food that would last them for this period of forty days and forty nights in the ark. Afterwards God blessed Noah and his sons and told them that “Everything that lives and moves about will be food for them. Just as I gave you the green plants, I now give you everything.” (Genesis 9:3)
God gave men the right to eat animal which they were doing in total disobedience anyway. The very consumption of animal products ended up changing our DNA make-up and introduced animal diseases into the mankind population and therefore reduces the life expectancy.
And the Lord said to Moses and Aaron that they may eat of all the animals that live on land, the ones that have a divided hoof and that chew the cud.
There are some that only chew the cud or only have a divided hoof, but they must not eat them. The camel, though it chews the cud, does not have a divided hoof; it is ceremonially unclean for you. The hyrax, though it chews the cud, does not have a divided hoof; it is unclean for you. The rabbit, though it chews the cud, does not have a divided hoof; it is unclean for you. And the pig, though it has a divided hoof, does not chew the cud; it is unclean for you. Men must not eat their meat or touch their carcasses; they are unclean for consumption.
Of all the creatures living in the water of the seas and the streams you may eat any that have fins and scales, said God. But all creatures in the seas or streams that do not have fins and scales—whether among all the swarming things or among all the other living creatures in the water—you are to regard as unclean. And since you are to regard them as unclean, you must not eat their meat; you must regard their carcasses as unclean. Anything living in the water that does not have fins and scales is to be regarded as unclean by you. This is very bad news for the lovers of lobster, shrimp and crab.
And God gave to Moses a list of unclean birds that the Israelites should not eat: the eagle, the vulture, the black vulture, the red kite, any kind of black kite, any kind of raven, the horned owl, the screech owl, the gull, any kind of hawk, the little owl, the cormorant, the great owl, the white owl, the desert owl, the osprey, the stork, any kind of heron, the hoopoe and the bat.
All flying insects that walk on all fours are to be regarded as unclean by us. There are, however, some flying insects that walk on all fours that we may eat: those that have jointed legs for hopping on the ground. Of these you may eat any kind of locust, katydid, cricket or grasshopper. But all other flying insects that have four legs we are to regard as unclean.
Of the animals that move along the ground, these are unclean: the weasel, the rat, any kind of great lizard, the gecko, the monitor lizard, the wall lizard, the skink and the chameleon. When one of them dies and falls on something, that article, whatever its use, will be unclean, whether it is made of wood, cloth, hide or sackcloth. Put it in water; it will be unclean till evening, and then it will be clean. If one of them falls into a clay pot, everything in it will be unclean, and you must break the pot. Any food you are allowed to eat that has come into contact with water from any such pot is unclean, and any liquid that is drunk from such a pot is unclean.
Every creature that moves along the ground is to be regarded as unclean; it is not to be eaten. We are not to eat any creature that moves along the ground, whether it moves on its belly or walks on all fours or on many feet; it is unclean. We must not defile ourselves by any of these creatures.
God told us that we must properly handle their carcasses. Whoever picks up one of their carcasses must wash their clothes, and they will be unclean till evening. “I am the LORD your God; consecrate yourselves and be holy, because I am holy. Do not make yourselves unclean by any creature that moves along the ground” (Leviticus 11:44).
As we can see the introduction of meat in our diet presented serious health challenges. Among chronic diseases, the life expectancy of mankind was reduced by ninety percent (90%). People used to live around nine hundred years with the first (seed-bearing) diet. Adam live nine hundred thirty years (Genesis 5:5). When God added meat on the diet, mankind longevity decreased.
What is ALPHA-D?
The purpose of this book is to present the first diet in the light of the Gospel. It can also be called the diet of Daniel because he was the one who decided to revert to it instead of eating the food prescribed by the king. But we will go with the name of “ALPHA–D” because it is from the beginning (alpha) of human existence, and “D” stands for diet and in memory of Daniel. We will present its nutritional value as God intended.
All recipes are well formulated, easy to be tried and prepared for the whole family. In this book we will showcase the ingredients in some food groups applicable for the diet.
Alpha-D Benefits
Alpha-D can be considered as more than a diet program but a nutritional guide, a gift of God to man. It is the foundation for living a better and healthier life.
Because of the impossibility to put everything in this book as far as weight management and portion control, we have also created an Alpha-D program to aid people who will need further assistance in the pursuit of conquering the battle against obesity. For this reason the reader or dieter will find in it a wide variety of delicious and satisfying menu items. These menus are tailored to meet the USDA Dietary Guidelines. Instead Alpha-D offers the knowledge of health properties of the ingredients with some delicious recipes that will give a total balance intake from morning till evening. And by following the wisdom of certain food consumption, people will learn to eat properly and burn calories at the same time.
In this book, we present Alpha-D as a tool that will give you the cooking techniques needed to establish new habits for life. It also contains all the elements that will allow you to add healthy, quality-filled years to your life. And science is constantly confirming that fruits, vegetables, whole grains and plant proteins can add quality years to your life.

Alpha-D is the only alternative to the killer American diet. And this is not a boring diet. As the Holy Spirit puts it, you will never be able to acquaint yourself with all the seed-bearing plants and fruits in your lifetime. Some of them have never been used or tried by mankind yet. God has created millions of them and in many varieties. Some of them are totally unknown to mankind. They are hidden and have not been discovered yet. Some of them are under the sea, and on some unhabited territories of the earth.
Alpha-D could be the key to lifelong health. It is achievable by eating more fruits and vegetables, whole grains, and fiber from a seed-bearing plant based diet. Recent studies show that plant protein not only stacks up well against its animal counterpart, but it also provides other healthy benefits. People using plant protein lose less calcium from the bones. And we must remember that plant protein has no cholesterol and little saturated fat which can decrease the risk of heart disease.
